  1. Planet Impact

    • Climate: US Solar is acting proactively to mitigate climate impact. Our solar gardens collectively produced over 500M kWh of clean energy and curtailed ~400,000 tons of CO2e.
    • Natural  Resources & Stewardship: US Solar is leading the charge on advancing agrivoltaics. Weaving in creative farming practices on solar farms enables us to stack multiple environmental benefits, from harvesting renewable energy to harvesting Solar Grown honey to harvesting organic crops. US Solar's agrivoltaics project at Big River Farms has been recognized for providing exceptional pollinator habitat as well as enhancing soil and water health.

  3. People Impact

    • Community Engagement: US Solar believes strongly in being an active participant in the communities we serve. We collaborate with mission-driven local partners particularly focusing on education, skills development, and elevating diverse backgrounds. To date, US Solar has committed $1M in donations to community partners.
    • Additionally, US Solar staff partnered with nonprofit partner, The Food Group, to organize a company-wide volunteer event. Together, the US Solar team harvested over 1200 pounds of produce, enough to reclaim 1000      meals for food insecure families.
    • Advancing an Inclusive Workplace: We take pride in centering the most important stakeholder that makes all our positive impact possible – our employees. As such, we took bold steps to ensure our company culture is employee focused:
      1. Elevating women in leadership
      2. Fostering gender pay equity & parental leave
      3. SEIA DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) Certification
