Kiera Janzen

Kiera has represented companies of various sizes and industries throughout their business life cycles. She advises on a wide range of transactions, including M&A, financing, and commercial transactions, and provides counsel on matters related to corporate governance, investor relations, human resources, ESG, and compliance. Before joining USCE, Kiera worked at a Silicon Valley-based cleantech manufacturer, a cryptocurrency exchange, and a large multinational law firm. 

Kiera holds a J.D. from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She received her B.A. as a double major in journalism and political science from the University of Minnesota.
