
Molly has extensive experience advising energy developers, investors, and utilities on regulatory strategy, permitting, commercial risk allocation, and environmental due diligence. She delivers strategic legal support on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and project structuring to advance renewable energy projects from early development through financing and construction. Before joining US Solar, she led legal support for transmission projects at a regional utility, counseled investor owned utilities and independent power producers on environmental and energy regulatory matters, advised private equity clients on environmental risk in M&A and real estate transactions, and gained foundational regulatory experience as a staff attorney at the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.
She holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
