Tena is a deeply experienced clean energy professional with 11 years of experience as a renewable energy developer. She has worked at all phases of project development and strategic planning in distributed and utility scale solar and battery energy storage systems. As Senior Vice President of Project Development, she is responsible for the development of non-CSG projects for US Solar, including grid scale, co-ops, municipals and programmatic DG projects. She previously worked for National Grid Renewables in various roles, but most recently as Senior Director of Development Operations focusing on late-stage project portfolio management, project development and business operational improvement projects.
She holds a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) from Duke University and a BA from the College of St. Benedict.
